Refund, Return, and Cancellations
We deal with refunds, returns, and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is for you to be absolutely happy with your product. If for some reason you are not, please email us at unleashtheinneru@gmail.com and we will make every effort to amend the situation.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of in-person sessions or 24 hours of
online sessions. Session fees are for Unleash the Inner U’s time and professional expertise and are not a guarantee of a successful outcome. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any sessions
that the Client has attended and paid for the session. Where a therapy program has been booked and paid for in advance, if the Client chooses to discontinue the therapy process before attending all the sessions, a pro-rata refund will be issued after deduction of the full standard session fee for any sessions you have attended.

Payments
You agree to pay any applicable surcharge on payments made by credit card. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown on our website are in US dollars. The currency and amount will be displayed before you make your payment.
