My Authentic Self Quest

This plan is designed to guide students through a comprehensive and transformative journey of self-discovery and college essay writing. This package offers personalized support and expert mentorship to help students uncover their true selves, craft authentic narratives, and present compelling college application essays.

Enrollment Period: January to June (limited seats available)


Components:

Phase 1

  • Welcome video call with Parents/Caretakers and Student

  • Parent/Caretaker Questionnaire (to be completed in 2 weeks)

  • Student Questionnaire (to be completed in 2 weeks)

  • Schedule Calendar (meeting times, document deadlines, tasks and responsibilities for each person involved - student, counselor, parent/caretaker)

  • Preparing for the College's 'Why Us?' essay, showing demonstrated interest

  • TAPP questionnaire and session with TAPP counselor to understand strengths, weaknesses, career paths

  • Ceekr questionnaire and session with Ceekr counselor to understand how the Choice Making Mind functions

  • Review Questionnaire answers of Parent/Caretaker and Student

Phase 2​

  • Preparation of Resume

  • NLP Recordings to play for success mindset

  • Review finalized College List and Deadlines - ED1, EA/REA, ED2, RD

  • Review Video Essay Development

  • Share Sample Essays

  • Mock Admissions Committee Exercise - with Parent/Caretaker and Student

  • Brainstorm Personal Statement ideas

  • Brainstorm Supplemental Essay ideas

  • Start writing all essays

  • Review all deadlines - prioritize

  • Finish all essays - target minimum 2 weeks before deadline for ED1, REA/EA - usually from Oct 15 til Nov 1

  • Take a break - Nov 1st 2 weeks (after completing Early Applications)

  • TAPP and Ceekr Counselors (2nd Sessions)

  • Review which essays can be modified for ED2/RD applications

  • Review deadlines for ED2 /RD applications

  • Set up schedule

  • Finish all ED2/RD essays at least 2 weeks before deadline

 Includes :

  • Up to 20 colleges for essay writing

 Zoom Sessions

  • Total Sessions: 40 Zoom sessions with Student (of these, 3 sessions with Parent/Caretaker)

    • Duration: 1 hour each (can be separated into several sessions)

    • Frequency: Initially 2-3 sessions per week,  including TAPP/Ceekr sessions

    • Timeframe: From June to December (7 months)

Additional Counselor Time

  • Counselor Internal Time: 12 hours dedicated to internal reviews and preparation

  • $9900 * (commitment of $3000 for initiating Phase 1. Balance due before beginning Phase 2)

My Real Expression

This plan begins with starting with the personal statement and continues after Colleges have released their supplemental essay prompts, usually in July /August. Student comes in with their thought processes, and ready to explore how to share their relevant stories. 

Enrollment Period: April to September


Components:

  • Welcome call with Parent/Caretaker and Student

  • Schedule Calendar (meeting times, document deadlines)

  • Student Questionnaire ( to be completed in 1 week)

  • TAPP questionnaire and session with TAPP counselor to understand strengths, weaknesses, career paths

  • Ceekr questionnaire and session with Ceekr counselor to understand how the Choice Making Mind functions

  • Review Questionnaire answers of Student

  • Start preparing Resume draft

  • Brainstorm Personal Statement ideas

  • Brainstorm Supplemental Essay ideas

  • Share Sample Essays

  • Start writing all essays

  • Review all deadlines - prioritize

  • Finish all essays - target minimum 2 weeks before deadline for ED1, REA/EA - usually Oct 15 til Nov 1

 Includes :

  • Up to 10 colleges for essay writing

 Zoom Sessions

  • Total Sessions: 16 Zoom sessions with Student

    • Duration: 1 hour each (can be separated into several sessions)

Additional Counselor Time

  • Counselor Internal Time: 6 hours dedicated to internal reviews and preparation

Crafting Me

This plan begins in August/September. Student comes in with Resume prepared and drafts of Essays written for the Personal Statement and Supplemental Essays. Review of all essays for the early applications, to finalize and submit.

Enrollment Period: August to October (usual deadline of November 1 for ED1/EA/REA applications)


Components:

  • Welcome Call with Parent/Caretaker and Student

  • Schedule Calendar (meeting times, document deadlines)

  • Student comes with completed existing resume

  • Student comes with existing written essays

  • Review all deadlines - prioritize

  • Finish all essays - target minimum 2 weeks before deadline for ED1, REA/EA - usually Oct 15 til Nov 1

 Includes :

  • Up to 5 colleges for essay writing

 Zoom Sessions

  • Total Sessions: 8 Zoom sessions with Student

    • Duration: 1 hour each (can be separated into several sessions)

Additional Counselor Time

  • Counselor Internal Time: 4 hours dedicated to internal reviews and preparation

Just My College

This plan begins April onwards to October It is designed for rising seniors needing focused guidance on their Personal Statement and key supplemental essays for One College (usually beneficial to write for the Early Application choice). Students to come in with initial drafts of resume and written Personal Statement and Supplemental Essays.

Enrollment Period: April to October (usual deadline of Oct 15 til November 1 for ED1/EA/REA applications)


Components:

  • Welcome Call with Parent/Caretaker and Student

  • Schedule Calendar (meeting times, document deadlines)

  • Core Focus Areas ( Resume Development, Personal Statement Writing, Supplemental Essay Writing)

  • Student comes with existing resume

  • Student comes with existing written essays

  • Finish all essays - target minimum 6 weeks before deadline for ED1, REA/EA - usually Oct 15 til Nov 1

 Includes :

  • Essay Development including:

    • Personal Statement​

    • One Supplemental Essay

    • One "Why This College?" Essay

 Zoom Sessions

  • Total Sessions: 6 Zoom sessions with Student

    • Duration: 30 minutes each (can be separated into several sessions)

Additional Counselor Time

  • Counselor Internal Time: 1 hour dedicated to internal reviews and preparation

Me Personally

This plan begins April onwards to October It is designed for rising seniors needing focused guidance on their Personal Statement and key supplemental essays for One College (usually beneficial to write for the Early Application choice). (Limited Seats Availible)
